Refund and Returns Policy

At SaviomMart, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through our platform.
We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience while ensuring fairness for both customers and our business.
1. Return / Replacement Request
You may request a return or replacement if the product is:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Expired product (if applicable)
- Missing items in the order
Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged or missing item complaints must be reported within 2 days of delivery
Requests must include:
- Valid order details
- Reason for return
- Photo/video proof (mandatory for damaged items)
2. Request Review & Approval
All return and replacement requests are subject to verification.
- Please allow up to 2 working days for review
- Additional proof or product details may be requested if needed
3. Reverse Pickup
Once approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner
- Self-shipping is not required unless specifically instructed by our support team
4. Quality Check (QC) & Resolution
After the returned product is received:
- The item will undergo a quality inspection (QC)
Returns may be rejected if:
- Product is used, damaged, or tampered
- Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing
- Product condition differs from when delivered
Based on QC results and stock availability, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
5. Replacement & Exchange
Once approved:
- Pickup for the original product will be scheduled
- Replacement or exchange will be processed after successful QC
If the original product is unavailable, you may choose:
- Full refund
- Exchange for a similar or equivalent product
Timeline
- Dispatch: 2–3 business days after QC approval
- Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable goods such as food items
- Opened hygiene or personal care products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
7. Rejection Conditions
We reserve the right to reject return requests if:
- Request is raised after the allowed timeframe
- Product shows signs of use or tampering
- Original packaging or tags are missing
- Damage complaint is reported late
- Item is returned in a condition different from when received
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Timeline
- Cancelled Orders: 3–5 business days
- Returned Orders: 3–5 business days after QC approval
Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
10. Partial Returns
For orders containing multiple items:
- Individual items may be returned separately if eligible
- Refunds will be processed only for approved items
11. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
Then:
- Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges
- Re-delivery charges may apply
12. Refund Deductions
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable
- Reverse pickup charges may be deducted in certain cases
13. Important Conditions
- Returns are accepted only after approval
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- We reserve the right to modify this policy without prior notice
